Despite being one of the most educated segments of the United States, we’re also one of the sickest. Chronic stress begets chronic illness, and whether you’re resting or on the front lines, please don’t forget to take care of yourself. Journaling has been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, PTSD, and negative affect while providing benefits for overall mental wellness. I created this journal for myself, and now I’m sharing it with all of you because your health is important to me. Let’s continue to excel and dominate in the stats that reflect our abilities, accomplishments, and strength.
